From dashboards to decisions you can defend

We design reporting and semantic models on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, so leaders and analysts work from the same trusted metrics, not competing spreadsheets.

What we do

Analytics that connects insight to action

Modern BI is more than charts. It is governed metrics, fast refresh, and self-service that scales. We work alongside your team to deliver dashboards and models that match how your business actually decides.

Why trusted metrics matter

When teams cannot find or trust data

Decisions slow down: an average of 11.6 hours per week is lost searching for answers, and most teams still operate in silos.

Design executive and operational dashboards that surface the right KPIs, with clear drill paths, refresh SLAs, and layouts built for how your teams actually review performance.

What we do

  • Requirements and KPI design

Facilitate workshops with business owners to define metrics, dimensions, and review cadences before a single visual is built.

  • Report and dashboard build

Implement in Power BI with consistent themes, accessibility, and performance tuning for large datasets.

  • Publication and adoption

Deploy to workspaces with governed access, usage monitoring, and enablement so reports become part of the operating rhythm.

How we work

BI delivery that stays tied to decisions

Every analytics engagement connects metric design, model governance and report adoption, so dashboards become part of the operating rhythm.

Always together

We work with metric owners, analysts and decision-makers before visuals are built, so definitions are agreed in the room rather than debated after launch.

Think big, start small

We start with the decision cycle that matters most, then extend the semantic model and report set once the first users trust the numbers.

Build modular

Shared semantic models, reusable report patterns and governed workspaces keep new analytics work consistent without slowing teams down.

FAQ

Common questions about BI and analytics

What leaders and analysts ask before investing in Power BI and semantic models.

Can you improve existing Power BI reports?

Yes. We review metrics, optimise semantic models, redesign reports for clarity and performance, and support adoption so dashboards become part of how teams actually decide.

How do you balance self-service and governance?

Teams turn to self-service BI for faster answers, more autonomy and fewer queues waiting on IT. That trade-off only works when the organisation also commits to data controls: a governance basis, review processes and enough maturity for several producers to collaborate without drift.

When many teams share responsibility for their own data products, like in a data mesh architecture, the bar is higher, but the principle is the same everywhere: shared standards, frequent technical reviews and honest gap analysis. We assess maturity through stakeholder workshops and workspace reviews: who can publish, what is endorsed today, and where metric definitions need alignment. That shapes an operating model we build with you, paced to your team.

We work alongside your team on workspace rules, training and review cycles so self-service expands at a pace everyone can support.

Do we need a data warehouse before Power BI?

Not always. Some teams start with well-modelled Power BI datasets and that is enough for focused reporting today. We will not oversell a warehouse programme, but when data volumes grow or analysis needs to span more of the business, a Fabric lakehouse or warehouse is usually the better foundation. We assess your sources and recommend the lightest path that still gives you metrics you can defend.

What does the free assessment cover for BI?

We review your current reports, semantic models and adoption patterns, then recommend practical next steps. You keep the assessment insights even if you do not proceed, with no obligation to engage booldata.
