Delivery models are how we engage. Our four capability pillars describe the problem spaces we work across.
Common questions about delivery models
Quick answers on BIaaS, Turnkey and Training, and how to pick the right engagement shape.
What is the difference between BIaaS and Turnkey Analytics?
BIaaS is ongoing partnership with dedicated Microsoft BI specialists who manage and evolve your analytics ecosystem month to month. Turnkey Analytics is a fixed-scope engagement, typically 4–6 weeks from discovery to handover, for a defined outcome on a timeline.
Can any capability pillar be delivered through BIaaS or Turnkey?
Yes. Data Strategy, Data Engineering, BI & Analytics and Data & AI Activation can all be delivered as ongoing BIaaS partnership or as a scoped Turnkey project. We recommend the fit in discovery, not the model that generates more revenue.
What does Training cover?
Training builds internal capability through hands-on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric programmes. It focuses on BI & Analytics and Data Engineering, not executive Data Strategy or Data & AI Activation workshops in the same format.
Can we start with Turnkey and move to BIaaS?
Yes. Many clients start with a Turnkey project to reach a working outcome quickly, then transition to BIaaS for continuous evolution and support once the foundation is in place.
How long does a typical Turnkey engagement take?
Our standard timeline is 4–6 weeks for a defined scope. Complexity, data access or dependency gaps can extend it. We scope honestly in discovery so sponsors know what drives the timeline before build begins.
